Requests to our Cloudflare-hosted website involve technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. A client engagement may require access to additional records or systems; the engagement should identify that access before it is granted.
How We Use Your Information
We use inquiry and booking details to assess your request, respond to you and arrange a conversation. Calls are scheduled through Google Calendar with Google Meet. Information supplied for an implementation is used to carry out the agreed work. Technical request information supports delivery and protection of the website. Any additional use, including marketing or model training, needs an appropriate basis and must be disclosed before it begins.
AI Processing and Client Data
An AI implementation can involve sending information to a model provider or connecting business systems. Before providing client data, agree with Keth which systems and providers will receive it and which restrictions apply. Share only information you are entitled to provide. Do not include sensitive records in an initial booking answer.
Sharing of Information
Cloudflare provides website hosting. Google Calendar and Google Meet support call scheduling and meetings, so information needed for those activities is handled by Google. Other recipients of client data depend on the agreed implementation. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a binding legal requirement or to resolve a business dispute. Data Retention
The time information is needed depends on the inquiry, engagement and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact sales@keth.ai to ask about retention of your records or request deletion. Some records may need to remain available for legal obligations or an unresolved dispute.
Data Security
Access to client systems and the safeguards for an implementation should be agreed before work starts. Internet services cannot eliminate every risk of loss or unauthorized access. If you believe information shared with Keth has been exposed, notify sales@keth.ai so the concern can be investigated.
Your Rights and Choices
You can ask Keth to explain, provide, correct or delete information relating to you. Depending on the law that applies, you may also be able to object to processing, request a restriction or transfer, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Children’s Privacy
